It is the simple things in life that bring the most joy. I don’t have anything fancy to share with you today, just a few pics from around my home. (OK~ Lots of pics for you to enjoy) You may want to grab a cup of pumkin spice coffee, or a cup of warm apple cider. This is a bit longer than I planned, but it is FULL of FALL!
I really enjoy fall with all that it has to offer. The cool weather, and the breeze that can get a little nippy as the leaves twirl to the ground. The bright glow of a harvest moon. The gorgeous colors on the trees. The bright colors in pumpkins and the berries on bittersweet that pop against the plain backdrop of fallen leaves. The wonderful spicy aromas that fill my home with a wonderful shout that Fall has arrived. The time that is spent indoors with family and friends, bringing you a little closer together……...
With all of that said here is just a little sampling of what I have been up to. We had a little gathering for fall with a few good friends and family.
We had Lot’s of Fun…….
Everyone brought some really amazing food.
We had lasagna; meatballs; rice casserole; loaded mashed potatoes; egg rolls; pasta salad; veggies and dip, and tons of appetizers and dips and chips. Everyone brought their specialty.
no really, the food was awesome!
even a little Karaoke…… fun times!!

I finally have my home all decorated for Fall, except for my Pilgrims that I will add after trick or treat.
All of my Fall dishes are in my hutch…… my special ceramic acorn that my Dad made for me, pumpkin mugs that I made, goblets that belonged to my Mom. Lots of special memories…….
My cute little screen door that I made in ceramics so many years ago sits on my dining room hutch.
More pictures of the kitchen and dining room…….
And Fall in the living room…..
My new shutters in the family room, with my trencher full of Fall goodness.
Mitten shelf with my handmade goodies; my cranberry scoop; ornamental corn; basket that my sister made; and my little box of sunflowers.
~ more pics from around the house……
Well that is all that I have to share, Thanks for stopping by.

the feelings, as now in October."

Your home has such interesting pieces and things to see I could spend hours looking. I envy people such as yourself who have the knack of putting things together in a room to give it such personality and charm. Have a great weekend.
