Just some pics from around the homestead~
~ with and without the lights???? I think I like it without.
I found this platter while we were our “shopping” on our anniversary. I have this thing this year about pheasants. I haven’t been able to find any though. I was excited when I found this platter. It was going to go on my other hutch (shown below) with my fall dishes, but didn’t fit.
~ I do like the lights here though

~time with the grands
~A day at the pumpkin patch with the grands~
There is nothing quite like a fall day. The cool crisp air, pumpkins in the fields, and playing in the leaves. The smile on your face can warm a chilly day."
This made a good seat for Ashlyn. A great place to have a snack.
Isaiah found a lonely flower growing in the pumpkin patch. Even though the path was well worn, it was thriving. (there must be a parable in there somewhere )
Adorable!!!
And a little exciting news~ we will have a new daughter in law in the future~
"Thoughts of love like falling leaves..
Swirling in the Autumn breeze."
Our youngest son Tim and his “new fiancé “ Krysten~
She is a beautiful girl inside and out and we are thrilled to have her become part of our family.
Engaged!!!
