~When September rolls around my thoughts go towards apples…. anything apple! My family’s absolute favorite apple recipe is Apple Cake. My mom used to make this cake for lots of occasions and it has become one of our staples for fall. The recipe comes form the “More With Less” cookbook. One of my mother’s cook books that I inherited but somehow was lost “ in the move”. The cake is really moist and can be kept refrigerated(mine never lasts very long). Hope that you try it and it becomes one of your new favorites.
